Guidance & Support

Our role is to provide guidance, documentation support, and administrative assistance.

Facilitator Role

We act as a facilitator between the client and educational institutions or immigration authorities.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Admissions

Final admission decisions rest solely with the respective universities and colleges.

Visas

Visa issuance remains the exclusive decision of the relevant High Commission, Embassy, or Immigration Department.

Outcome

Ozler International does not guarantee a positive result and is not liable for rejections by authorities.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful application, the client agrees to:

  • Provide authentic, accurate, and complete documentation.
  • Disclose any prior visa rejections or legal issues.
  • Adhere to the timelines set by the consultant and the relevant institutions.
Warning: Submission of fraudulent documents will lead to immediate termination of our services without a refund and may be reported to authorities.

4. Fees and Payments

  • All consultancy fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
  • University application fees, courier charges, and government visa fees are separate from Ozler International’s service fees.
  • All fees are subject to change based on institutional or government policy updates.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Service fees are generally non-refundable once processing or counselling has commenced.
  • A partial refund may be considered only if a visa rejection is caused solely by documentation errors attributable to Ozler International.
  • No refunds will be issued for rejection due to client negligence, fraud, or changes in immigration laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Delays caused by third-party institutions or government bodies.
  • Changes in immigration policies or university entry requirements after application submission.
  • Any financial loss due to travel bookings made prior to visa approval.

7. Confidentiality & Data Use

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the sharing of necessary data with third-party institutions such as universities and High Commissions required for your application.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Ozler International is registered.
